Use your DhakaMX service for lawful business communications. Unsolicited bulk mail, purchased mailing lists, phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited. Obtain recipient consent for marketing and include a working unsubscribe method.

Your domain and your account

You must own or be authorized to manage your domain. Keep account and mailbox passwords confidential. You are responsible for messages sent from your accounts and for keeping independent backups of important mail. Storage and mailbox limits follow your selected package.

Activation, billing, and cancellation

Registration creates a pending service request. Services are activated manually after payment review and cPanel provisioning. A submitted payment reference is not proof of payment. Renewal dates are shown in your portal after activation. Request cancellation, refund review, or billing corrections through a support ticket; no automatic refund or recurring charge is processed by this website.

Security and service management

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, compromised credentials, overdue payments, or breaches of this policy. Spam filtering cannot guarantee that every unwanted or malicious message will be caught. Availability and delivery also depend on DNS, network providers, recipient systems, and your mail server configuration.

Information we collect

The website stores your name, company, contact email, password hash, domain, subscription records, payment references, contact enquiries, and support messages to operate and support your service. Do not submit card details, bank passwords, or mailbox passwords in forms or tickets. Hosting providers process data needed to operate this service.

Cookies, retention, and your requests

Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. This application does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Business and billing records are retained as needed for service delivery and applicable legal obligations.
